In my case, the service was extraordinary. I had contact with three people: Cecilia, Diana, and Verónica. I want to congratulate all three of them; their service was unbeatable. It was very busy, but they honored the discounts on surcharges and processing fees. Honestly, it was better than on other occasions.

I feel blessed to see so many negative comments and leave with such an amazing experience. We've been reporting a major potable water leak on Horeb Street (corner of Hacienda de Tala and Hacienda San Ramon) in the Bethel neighborhood of Guadalajara, Jalisco, for five days now, and it hasn't been fixed. We need Mexicans committed to their country... a significant amount of water is being wasted. We've called, and there's no solution, or they don't even answer the phone. A SOLUTION IS URGENT!!!

The truth is I was uneasy with all the comments I had read. I went because my water bill was coming in very high and the readings did not match and they fixed it very quickly in half an hour. I did everything very efficiently and all the desks worked super fast and everyone was very friendly from the door, checkout, executive and cashiers very friendly. The truth is they resolved my problem in minutes, thank you.

It's unbelievable that so many employees are wasting time so terribly. So many "crews," as they call them... You file a report and three crews show up just to assess the leak. I can't believe they don't take their work seriously and responsibly! Water belongs to everyone and is a vital resource; without water, there is no life. But it seems they don't care! The excuse "we have a lot of work" doesn't apply here, because in most cases, we see them wasting time! A solution is urgently needed!

Access to the payment system was very fast on the first day of the year (January 2nd). Unfortunately, the receipt printing module wasn't installed yet. This is a bit illogical since we know that payment is due at the beginning of the year. However, the module they used was gradually getting the job done. At the checkout, it's just a matter of moving forward as you get there. The staff was very friendly, and the ladies were very attentive.

I want to thank the receptionist who helped me today at noon, along with the lady from module 19, for the very precise attention. They were very professional and direct with the problem. She supported me with a report of an extensive water leak and when reviewing another report, she was very attentive, cordial, polite, but above all dedicated to her job. Of course, also to the workers like Adrian and the two gentlemen who came to attend to this horrible problem outside my home. Dearest Siapa, I feel that you should provide them with more impact tools since they literally put a lot of effort into it and brought only what was necessary, but I feel that they could buy more modern tools to make the job easier. Thank you very much! Now I'm just waiting for the second order to be placed, which is also executed for an exorbitant charge. Thank you!
